The New York City-based Edible History supper club was founded in 2014 with the goal of bringing people into the conversation of history through food and drink. A pioneering supper club in the food history space, Edible History has hosted historically themed dinners all over the five boroughs over the past decade: from Ancient Rome, to Tudor England, 10th Century Baghdad, Inca Peru, along the Medieval Silk Road, in Louis XIV’s Versailles, to 19th Century New York City - to name a few.
